About the Migrant Worker Guide

Are you a migrant worker? Find out about your rights and the services available to you in these multilingual guides.

About

OCASI has developed multilingual guides for migrant workers in Ontario. If you are a migrant worker, these guides will help you learn about your rights and what services are available to you in Ontario. You can also find out about topics such as employment, housing, health, everyday life, work permits and your legal rights.  Although the guides contain a lot of useful information, it is important to get additional advice for your specific situation.

The guides are available for migrant workers in the Agricultural, Caregiver, Low and High-Skilled and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program (SAWP) streams.
